Take the large piece out of 4 5
the pleater, it should look like 6 7

Take the iron and press the 8
piece, flattening the pleats.
To measure the head I use a
piece of cotton and hold
around the head.
You can also use the bottle
cap as a model.
Cut the measured piece,
leaving a little extra for
overlap.
Cut the small piece of cotton
the same length as the
measured piece.
Make a hem on one short side
of the small piece.
Cut the larger piece the same
length as the small piece.
Glue the larger piece, forming
a tube.
Glue the small piece into a
band, making sure it still fit
the model.
Run a small line of glue along
one edge of the tube.
Glue the tube INSIDE the
small band.
